I actually listened to the interviews of the director and the story writter of Toy Story 3 on the NPR. It's amazing how much the technology has been improved since Toy Story 1. Do you think there would be more space to be improved when it comes to the animation? To me, they are as perfect as they can be now.
Good question, Dohyup! I think that they have made huge improvements. But each film gets better and better. I think humans could still be even better, but basically everything else is perfect. They will keep surprising us, though, just wait.
It kinda makes me sad about Brenda Chapman, but it's most definitely not the first time that Pixar has outed a director. Still, I find it strange that they kept saying she was the first female director and now she's off the project.
Honestly, I'm kind of scared for Pixar's future. They've always been my favorite, and they've always been the best (as far as quality is concerned). However, Cars 2 looks absolutely unappealing to me and I'm absolutely terrified by the idea for Monster's Inc. 2. Here's to hoping they won't flop any time soon.
